FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Answers before choosing a Rent IT model.

01Is Rent IT the same as traditional leasing?+

No. Leasing primarily finances equipment, while Rent IT combines equipment with preparation, implementation, maintenance and lifecycle management within the contracted scope.

02Can the scope change?+

Yes. Changes are planned through the agreed model and the availability of suitable equipment.

03Is maintenance included?+

Yes. Maintenance and replacement procedures are defined by the package and contract. The exact support level depends on the equipment and environment.

04How is the service package selected?+

We use the user count, locations, systems, support hours, monitoring, escalation and required SLA to select the closest framework. The final scope is confirmed after reviewing the environment.

05Can the service start with a smaller scope?+

Yes. We can begin with the users, systems or locations creating the most pressure and expand after the operating model is proven.
