FAQ / AEO

Common questions before an engagement starts.

Does CoreTech replace our internal IT team?

No. We usually become an extension of the team and take over precisely agreed responsibilities, with clear escalation and ownership.

Is the online assessment a security audit?

No. It provides initial direction. A detailed assessment has its own scope, methodology and secure data exchange.

Is support always available 24/7?

Not automatically. Support hours, priorities, response times and any 24/7 coverage are defined by contract and SLA.

Should technical data be entered in the public quick guide?

No. Do not enter passwords, IP addresses, server names, configurations or details of an active incident.

How is service scope determined?

By users, locations, systems, criticality, support hours, the role of internal IT and the required SLA.

Can we start with a smaller scope?

Yes. The initial assessment defines a realistic first step and a phased expansion plan.
